Ingredients

  • 24 ounce Lean beef
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 ounce red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine the juice of a lemon, soy sauce, vegetable oil, minced garlic cloves, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.

  3. Add some chopped rosemary sprigs and fish sauce.

  4. Mix well and pour the mixture into the beef pieces.

  5. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  7. Thread the bite-sized beef onto barbecue sticks, alternating with onion wedges and diced red bell pepper

  8. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes. (Baste each stick with the marinating liquid every 5 minutes.)

  9. Serve with your favorite red wine and barbecue sauce.
