Kansas City Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 ts allspice
- 1/4 ts cinnamon
- 1/4 ts mace
- 14 ts black pepper
- 1/2 ts curry powder, oriental pref
- 1/2 ts chili powder
- 1/2 ts paprika
- 1/4 c white vinegar
- 1/2 ts hot pepper sauce
- 1 c ketchup
- 1/3 c dark molasses
Instructions
Place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl. Add vinegar and stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixture is thoroughly blended. This sauce may be served room temperature or heated. Yield: 2 cups
