Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

Ingredients

  • 24 jalapeno peppers, pickled or fresh, cut in half lengthwise, seeded
  • 3 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 3 ounce Kraft Old English Cheese Spread
  • 1/4 cup well-crumbled blue cheese
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

If using pickled peppers, drain and pat dry first. Take the usual precautions when handling hot peppers. Use rubber gloves and don't get this stuff in your eyes. Combine cream chhese, cheese spread, blue cheese and pecans. Fill jalapeno pepper halves with cheese mixture. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and chill for an hour or so before serving.
