Stuffed Full Mushrooms

These mushrooms are stuffed full with tasty crab meat, cheese and mayonnaise. Who wouldn't want to devour these sweet appetizers?

Ingredients

  • 8-10 large, fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can of crab meat (drained)
  • 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the stems of the mushrooms and scoop out the centers.
     
  2. Finely chop stems and centers; combine the crab meat and mayo (as you would for tuna salad).
     
  3. Add whatever seasonings you like (I use "Pinch of Herbs") to taste.
     
  4. Add in chopped stems and centers; then add cheese.
     
  5. Stuff contents into mushroom cups and place under the broiler for 5-7 minutes.
