Ingredients

  • 6 ounce ground pork
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 6 ounce grated carrots
  • 1 ounce grated garlic
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ounce chopped spring onions
  • 3 ounce grated butternut squash
  • 2 ounce grated daikon potatoes
  • 3 ounce chorizo
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 16 ounce canola oil for frying
  • 1 packet frozen spring roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spring roll wrappers

  2. Mix all the ingredients except for the canola oil and spring roll wrappers. Mix until fully incorporated.

  3. Start wrapping the filling. Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.

  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of the filling on the spring roll wrapper.

  5. Start rolling and folding the left and right sides of the wrapper until it is packed tightly.

  6. Dab some water using your finger to seal-off the edge of the spring roll.

  7. Repeat the steps with the remaining filling.

  8. Heat canola oil and fry each spring roll until golden brown.
