Shrimp Starter

Ingredients

  • 500g cooked shrimps
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1 large gherkins, diced
  • 1 Tbs capers, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tsp made mustard
  • 1 spring onion, diced
  • fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

Place shrimp in a bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the shrimps, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours for flavours to develop. Serve in cocktail glasses and garnish with fresh chopped herbs.
