Roasted Garlic Dip

This creamy garlic dip is the ultimate party appetizer.

Roasted Garlic Dip

Warning: Only make this dip if you want to be the most popular person at the party.

This roasted garlic dip is absolute heaven. There's something about the combination of zesty roasted garlic, bright lemon, and fresh herbs in a creamy dip recipe that just can't be beat. This recipe is the perfect party food--you and your guests won't want to step away from the snack table!

We served this roasted garlic dip with potato chips, but it is great almost any way you dish it up. Try it with crusty bread, fresh veggies, or pretzel sticks. They are all equally delicious... you might want to start by making a second batch!

However, you can serve it with a variety of other snacks! Here are some of our other favorites. Give them a try, and let us know in the comments if you have any ideas that you love.
