Party Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 3 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon fennel seed, crushed
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well using your hands.
- Roll mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on a lightly greased baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake 15 - 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
