Mini Pizza
Ingredients
- 6 English muffins
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 14 ounce jar pizza sauce
- pizza toppings
Instructions
Slice muffins in half. Spread pizza sauce over muffins. Sprinkle cheese and your favorite toppings over the sauce. Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese melts and muffins are hot.
