Ingredients
- 1 pound box Market Day Potato Skins #6020
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 15 (about 1/4 cup) green olive slices
Instructions
- Prepare potato skins as directed on box.
- Remove from oven and immediately top each skin with a dollop of sour cream and a green olive slice creating eyeballs.
- Place on a platter and serve. Makes about 5 servings.
