Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen puff pastry
  • 6 ounce brie, trimmed of rind
  • 2 tablespoon mango chutney

Instructions

  1. To Make: Defrost and roll out the pastry according to directions. Cut roughly 3 inch squares.

  2. Spread each square with 1/4 teaspoon mango chutney and top with 1 teaspoon brie. Fold the squares diagonally to form a triangle. Crimp the edges or pinch together firmly to seal.

  3. To Frisp: Freeze on a baking sheet until solid. Place in a gallon Frisper bag and frisp.

  4. To Serve: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove from Frisper bag and place triangles on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown and puffed. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
