"This is a great brunch dish. Imagine cutting into the egg and having the runny yolk pour out. So yummy! You can kick up the dish a bit more with some herbs such as dill, crispy sage or thyme. You might also want to mix some hot sauce, mayo and garlic powder together for a quick sauce. The classic brunch drink is sparkling wine. Eggs and bacon are excellent with sparkling wine.   • 3 ounce Bacon
  • 6 whole fresh eggs
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
