Hot Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup curacao
  • 1/4 cup finely minced habaneros, or to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

Combine soy, oil, curacao, habaneros and vinegar. Pour over wings and toss to coat. Marinate for 6 to 12 hours. Broil or grill until the skin is crispy.
