Herbaceous Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 pound russet potatoes
  • 1 pound sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 ounce chives
  • 1 ounce rosemary sprigs
  • 1 ounce thyme
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Cut the potatoes into thick strips like fries.

  3. In a bowl, add chopped chives, rosemary sprigs, and thyme.

  4. Add salt and pepper, oil and butter.

  5. Toss in the cut potatoes and coat evenly.

  6. Transfer to a baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes

  7. Remove and cool down. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
