"Healthy Black Bean Hummus uses black beans instead of chickpeas. A little spicy and filled with great southwest flavors."

Ingredients

  • 29 ounce Black Beans
  • 3 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 each Fresh limes (juice)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cotija cheese

Instructions

  1. Rinse black beans with cool water.

  2. In a food processor, add beans, tahini, cumin, lime juice, salt and pepper.

  3. Pulse to mix ingredients.

  4. Drizzle in olive oil.

  5. Garnish with Cotija cheese
