Ingredients

  • 2 medium size carrots, pealed
  • 1/4 cup full fat yogurt or ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 medium garlic clove, pealed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. cut carrots to ½ inch length.

  2. In food processor blitz garlic.

  3. Then add carrots, yogurt, salt and pepper. Process everything for 2-3 minutes or until finely chopped.

  4. Serve as a dip or with grilled meats as dipping sauce!
