Creamy Feta Roasted Red Pepper Dill Dip

"A deliciously creamy, yet low fat, dip – this Feta, Roasted Red Pepper and Dill Dip will be a hit! Make ahead, and serve with veggie dippers, or chips!"

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Weight Watchers Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
  • 5 ounce roasted red peppers
  • 3 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Veggie dippers, to serve
  1. Place the cream cheese, feta, roasted red peppers, garlic and black pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour/spoon mixture into a large bowl, and fold in the fresh dill.

  3. Transfer dip to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour or two.

  4. Serve with veggie dippers.
