Ingredients

  • Pork Shoulder
  • Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 Large White Onion
  • Salt & pepper (for seasoning)
  • 4 Eggs
  • Flour
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Oil, for frying
  1. Cut pork shoulder into cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Place meat in a baking pan and cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Let cool until able to shred.

  3. Shred meat with two forks or other tool until it's completely shredded.

  4. Combine shredded pork with cream cheese in a medium size bowl, and mix completely.

  5. Place cream cheese-pork mixture in the fridge until it's chilled.

  6. While the mixture chills in the fridge, slice the onions into rings. Place a smaller ring in the center of a larger one to create a double-ring.
