Classic Spanish Tuna Fritters

"These Classic Spanish Tuna Fritters, known in Spain as Buñuelos de AtĂșn, are filled with flavors, seriously easy to make and all done in under 30 minutes. Serve them as a tapas appetizer like they do in Spain or even as a main course. They pair perfectly next to some roasted potatoes and a garden salad. To make this recipe I used Spanish canned tuna in olive oil. You can also use tuna in water if you like, as well as any other type of canned seafood. Such as canned salmon, canned anchovies or even canned mackerel."
