Cheesy Mexican Fudge

It's always great to see a group of friends enjoying your easy appetizer recipes, knowing that they only took you seconds to make. Cheesy Mexican Fudge is a tasty little cheese bite that is baked to perfection. Mix, bake and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 jar of Mrs, Renfro's green salsa
  • 3 eggs, well beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Spread half of cheese on 11x9 or 11x7 baking dish.
     
  3. Combine eggs and salsa and spread on cheese. Put remaining cheese on top.
     
  4. Bake a for approximately 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut in 1 inch squares. Serve on tortilla chips.
