Cheesy Fish Cups

These little jewels are the queen of all other appetizer recipes. With a light and airy outside and a creamy fish filled center, Cheesy Fish Cups are absolutely fantastic. Ingredients

  • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon season all
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pound crabmeat, flaked
  • 1/4 pound salad shrimp
  • 1 box mini fillo shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese. Add shredded cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and season-all. Stir until well combined.

  3. Gently stir in the scallion, crabmeat & shrimp.

  4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Spoon filling into phyllo cups & place on baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until heated through & shells are golden. Serve immediately & warn that they’re hot.
