"There’s just something about using a cast iron skillet as a serving dish. It might be the rustic nature of cast iron. Or maybe it’s the communal nature of pulling the skillet out of the oven and setting it down for everything to share. Maybe it’s the simple fact that there’s one less dish to clean – hah! Whatever the reason, I love using cast iron as serveware for casual gatherings. This Baked Spinach Dip is truly a crowd-pleaser – we rarely (if ever) have leftovers to worry about. Aside from the flavor, another bonus to this recipe is how easy it is to make. It’s literally one of those “mix it all up in a bowl” type of recipes. And using the cast iron skillet as serveware makes it even easier!"
