Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 cup diced avocado
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked
  1. First you will need to hard-boil 12 eggs by using either the stovetop or Instant Pot methods outlined above. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks from the centers.

  2. Place all the yolks in a mixing bowl and add the diced avocado, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, black pepper and salt. Mix all of the ingredients together with a fork until well combined.

  3. Divide the avocado mixture and place back into the centers of the hard-boiled eggs. A small cookie scoop makes this process really easy! Keep the deviled eggs in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Top each deviled egg with crumbled bacon just before serving.
