I have a question for any one that has this recipe. I lost mine. It is made with lemon Jello, pineapple juice, ground carrots pineapple and one other thing which I forget. It is made in a loaf pan in the fridge. I have the recipe for the homemade dressing for without it, the salad would be bland. Thank br dearcat

I am a diabetic and am always looking for recipes that I can use by changing some of the ingredients to sugar free. I am going to try the Strawberry Jello Cake. I know it will be delicious!!!!!!!!!
