Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
  • 200g mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion,finely chopped
  • 200g brown lentils
  • 2 Tbsp each sunflower and sesame seed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 beaten egg
  • 2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
Instructions

Saute mushrooms and onion in a little butter till soft. Boil lentils in salted water till very soft.Drain.Mix all ingredients together. Shape into patties. Brush with oil and grill as usual. If you don't eat egg, add a mixture of oil and water to bind the patties.
