I love the idea of these. I love cheese and zucchini. I don't like the fact that there is more breadcrumbs than Parmesan cheese in the coating. Make sure you read the directions through before making them. It doesn't say to grease your cookie sheets at first. I wondered how they would not stick. Later it says to put the slices on the greased sheet.
