Delicious Cheesy Potatoes

Make up a batch of these Delicious Cheesy Potatoes for dinner. This is one of the easier cheesy potato recipes you can find.

Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced or diced
4 strips bacon, diced
1/3 cup onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons melted margarine

Instructions

Preheat ovento 450 degrees F.
Cook bacon 3 minutes or until partially cooked.
Combine potatoes, bacon, onion, salt and pepper in 2 quart dish. Drizzle with melted margarine.
Bake at 450 degrees F, covered 13-15 minutes, stirring once, until potatoes are tender.
Stir in cheese. Let stand 5 minutes.

Hello tdunn1205, Unfortunately this reader submitted recipe was missing this detail. But as someone who cooks a lot, I'm going to say cook that in the oven at 450 degrees F for the suggested 13 to 15 minutes. Thanks for pointing that out! I've updated the recipe.
