My mouth was watering just reading this recipe. Such a great combination of flavors. I love the versatility of this recipe. Once you have the technique, you can add any combination of ingredients that you like. I added mozzarella to the top of this during the last few minutes of baking...YUM!

Whoa these sound incredible! I've never had zucchini and bacon together before but at least this sounds like a healthier way to indulge with bacon!
