Bread Maker Stuffing
Dust off your bread-maker for this Thanksgiving side dish recipe. Bread-Maker stuffing is a great option for your Thanksgiving feast and uses rich ingredients. You'll want to make it all year.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2/3 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 poultry seasoning
- 1 celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon dry sage
- 1/3 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons sugar, brown or white
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Set bread-maker cycle at White or Sweet, no timer. Set crust setting at light to medium.
- Can be dried or not before crumbing for stuffing.
