Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cups corn, fresh or canned
  • 6 bacon slices
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

Serving Size : 8. Fry bacon, drain and dice. Prepare potatoes, onion and celery and put into soup pot. Add bacon and corn. Barely cover with water and simmer until potatoes are done. Add evaporated milk, salt and pepper to taste, then stir in cream cheese.
