We acquired a smoker last summer which sadly never got used. I think it's about time it got dusted off and put to use. This is a really great recipe to try alongside some grilled steaks or burgers. I've mixed green onion and bacon into regular mashed potatoes, and I can imagine the additional flavor smoking would give. Can't wait to try this!
