Impossible Chicken Taco Pie is a quick and easy weeknight meal made with Bisquick. Get the great taste of chicken tacos in this simple, family-friendly baked pie.

Cooking Time: 30 min

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Mix chicken, onion, and taco seasoning. Put into greased pan.
     
  2. Mix milk, eggs, and Bisquick and pour into pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
     
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
