What a refreshing break from the usual chicken pot pie this Ham and Mashed Potato Pot Pie is. It is relatively easy to make (thanks to an easy to read and follow recipe) I love pot pie, and having one filled with ham and mashed potatoes is just the way to keep it from becoming the same old thing.
