Yum! A grilled cheese sandwich with jalapenos and bacon really gets me interested in rummaging through the refrigerator for the ingredients. I like using Texas Toast for grilled cheese sandwiches because they're more substantial and sturdier than using regular bread. The cream cheese/Monterey Jack cheese mixture is new to me and I look forward to giving that a try. And of course anything with bacon is a winner in my book.

I love anything with the words "jalapeno popper" in it. There's a grilled cheese chain where I live that has a similar sandwich on their menu--can't wait to make my own!
