Best Chipotle Salsa

Notes

Makes about 3 cups.

Ingredients

3 cups chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoon chopped canned chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare vegetables as indicated and combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Mix together.
Season with salt and pepper. Chill for optimal flavor.

I have been seeing this chipotle salsa everywhere lately. I first came across it on a major food network show and liked the idea as I like anything spicy so I went looking for a recipe. This one looks perfect and I can't wait to try it. You can add it to anything and it seems very versatile.
