Easy Jello Fruit Salad

It wouldn't be a potluck dinner without some fruit jello salad recipes. Our Easy Jello Fruit Salad is made with jello, whipped cream, and canned fruit so it's not only easy, but also very budget friendly. Quick and easy, it's a perfect snack any time of the day.

  • 1 large box of orange jello.
  • 1 large container of cool whip
  • 1 carton (16-ounces) small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 can (8.25 ounces) small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can (11-ounces) mandarin oranges
  1. Mix dry jello and cottage cheese, place in refrigerator.
  2. Drain the pineapple and oranges, then add to jello and cottage cheese. Fold in cool whip and return to the refrigerator until time of serving.
  3. Two or more of the oranges may be kept for top and several cherries may be added to top for color. Salad may be varied by using pineapple, jello and crushed pineapple, or strawberry jello and strawberries, or cherry jello and cherries.
