6 Step Ambrosia Waldorf Salad

In 6 quick easy steps, you will have a delicious and healthy salad that makes for an ideal healthy lunch idea. This delicious fruit salad recipe is a culinary delight. This simple salad recipe is great as a snack, an appetizer or even a light dessert.

Serves: 14

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cranberry halves, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups apples, unpeeled and diced
  • 1 cup seedless green grape halves
  • 20 ounces can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 3/4 cup black walnuts
  • 4 cups nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 cup coconut, shredded or flaked
Instructions
  1. Combine cranberries and sugar in medium bowl.
     
  2. In a large bowl, combine the marshmallows, apples, grapes and pineapples.
     
  3. Add cranberry mixture and Black Walnuts; mix well.
     
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
     
  5. Cover and chill.
     
  6. Sprinkle with coconut before serving.
