6 Step Ambrosia Waldorf Salad


In 6 quick easy steps, you will have a delicious and healthy salad that makes for an ideal healthy lunch idea. This delicious fruit salad recipe is a culinary delight. This simple salad recipe is great as a snack, an appetizer or even a light dessert.

Serves: 14

  • 2 cups cranberry halves, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups apples, unpeeled and diced
  • 1 cup seedless green grape halves
  • 20 ounces can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 3/4 cup black walnuts
  • 4 cups nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 cup coconut, shredded or flaked
  1. Combine cranberries and sugar in medium bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the marshmallows, apples, grapes and pineapples.
  3. Add cranberry mixture and Black Walnuts; mix well.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. Sprinkle with coconut before serving.

Hi bllhff1 3645652, There is a simple solution. Almost all computers have the option to enlarge the size of the screen. You can either hold down the Ctrl key and use the scroll button on your mouse to enlarge or diminish the size of the page. You can also do this with the toolbar setting in your browser, but the steps to do so vary from browser to browser. Hope this helps! Thanks! -Editors of RecipeLion

To whom it may concern; I must say I love your recipe collection, I've been using it for quite some time but I just now started signing up. The reason, is to let you know that there are a few old-timers on this page, I am one of them 84 years old and have to use a magnifying glass to read your recipes. Most recipe blogs have a means to inlarge the print, it would really be wonderful if you would do the same. Thank you sincerely Bill
