I heard a lot of people talk about Spinach salad. I just pictured a big bowl of spinach leaves with dressing on top. Little did I know what I was missing. Spinach salad with warm bacon dressing is completely different than what I was imagining. This is so delicious, it disappeared very quickly at dinner. My children actually ate their spinach when it was fixed like this! I did too! I never liked spinach, but this recipe changed my view about that. I now love spinach, but only with warm bacon dressing. I did omit the potatoes and mushrooms, but everything else was just by the recipe.
