This dish really ticks all the boxes for me. Bacon, sausage, and ham are all things I love, and this recipe for jambalaya is easy to prepare and delicious. I have a couple of different recipes for jambalaya and this one is definitely getting added to the collection. I usually use andouille sausage instead of Italian, though that certainly works as well in a pinch. I also tend to up the quantity of the veggies by a bit, more like of a cup rather than the cup the recipe suggests.

I have always wondered what jambalaya is. It certainly looks delicious and tasty. I can't wait to try it. I like the way the bacon is crisped up and then the rest of the ingredients as well. Also the cajun spices I am sure are going to make for a very spicy treat. I love spicy food.
