Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

There isn't a soul on the planet who's tried the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits and not fallen in love with them. They are amazingly good, and you can replicate them at home using this great copycat recipe.

Cooking Time: 10 min

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
     
  2. Mix all ingredients except butter together in a medium sized bowl.
     
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cooking sheet.  You should get about 15 biscuits.
     
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
     
  5. Melt butter and brush over warm biscuits.  Put back in oven for about 1 to 2 minutes.

i have been looking for this recipe for a long time, I am going to try it as soon as I get some Bisquick.

Lubbock this rescipe!!!!

This is not even Close to the real deal. Missing More margrine, parsley,finely dice onion.and NO old Bay season.

as good as the ones you get at Red lobster and so easy to make

I found Old Bay Seasoning at Publix, they seem to have everything you will ever need for good cooking

Looks good, a little while back, Bisquick was sellng the prepared mix for cheese bisquits they were pretty good, not sure if this is the receipe, Bisquick did not call their mix Red Lobster cheddar bay bisquits

Turned out great, easy to make, How can we get calorie/fat count?

where can I find Old Bay seasoning or can I make this mix?

Where's the "bay" part of the recipe? (I expected some Old Bay seasoning or something. Surprised that it, or some other herb, isn't included.)

I make these biscuits at least three times a week never have any left, thanks.

I have been wanting this recipe for a long time. Now I will waste no time preparing and cooking them. They are the best tasting biscuits in the world. Thanks Red Lobster...You also have the best stuffed flounder that I have found. My favorite place to eat out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ann

I made these last night but it was a little dry. I had to bake it for a little more than 10 minutes to get some colour so I'm not sure if this was the problem. Also found that it needed a little more milk....will try it again with the added milk and see.....

I have used this recipe for the topping on homemade turkey potpie. It is Awesome. Really compliments the pot pie filling.

So good and so easy! I make them often. What more can I say?

These are delicious biscuits. However, when I take mine out of the oven, I brush a mixture of butter, garlic powder and parsley on top of them. They are so delicious that it's hard to not keep eating them.

Hey Nancy... don't use butter on the pan.. parchment paper is so much better! It keeps the cookie sheet clean, and you can reuse it, and it doesn't add any calories! I never bake without it, and once you try it, you won't either! Enjoy!

FABULOUS!!! They were the "Shining Stars" of our Super Bowl Meal. br I added a little more milk as the dough was too thick. So, instead of 2 thirds cup of milk, I used 3 quarters cup. Your recipe did not say what size cookie sheet to use. I used my smallest, 9 12" X 12", This recipe made 8 biscuits, four, side by side, which was a perfect adult size to handle. Next time I will use a little butter on the pan, as some of them stuck upon removal. They were the perfect compliment to the rest of the meal which consisted of Orange-Glazed Chicken Wings and a Super-Duper Salad. This recipe is surely a KEEPER, the biscuits were very tasty and just the right size. I will make them many more times, I am sure. Thank you. Nancy B.
