If you've ever had Boston Market's cornbread, you probably loved its sweet taste and consistency. This copycat recipe for Just Like Boston Market Cornbread is a simple cornbread recipe that tastes amazingly similar to the restaurant's version. We're fans of any recipe with cake mix because it makes baking that much easier. All it takes is two cornbread mixes, cake mix, and the ingredients called for on the boxes. Who doesn't love a sweet, cakey cornbread? I have actually never had Boston Market's version before but this recipe looks and sound great so those must be too! I enjoy adding in some cheddar cheese and chopped jalapeno to my cornbread recipes. Also, you can always add some fresh or canned kernels of corn to add some texture and sweetness to the bread!

Sweet cornbread is so good! It's like eating a cake, but without the frosting, it must be healthy-ha ha! I like to have this with my Just Like Boston Market meatloaf ,green beans, and mashed potatoes. It's my son's favorite cornbread recipe, probably because it has a cake mix in it!
