Grape nut Pudding

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts milk
  • 2 cups Grape-Nuts
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions

Soak 2 cups Grape-Nuts in 1 quart heated milk until softened, or milk is absorbed. Mix remaining quart of milk with the 6 eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add this to Grape-Nuts and milk mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven, in a water bath until set and a knife inserted comes out clean. 60 minutes or more.
