Rosemary Vinegar

Ingredients

  • sprigs of fresh rosemary about 7 to 8 inches
  • rind of 1/2 orange, peeled in a long then strip, without white membrane
  • 2 whole black peppercorns
  • 2 small fresh or canned grapes
  • White wine vinegar to fill the pint jar

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a 1 pint glass jar with plastic lid or metal lid lined with plastic wrap. Keep in warm place for 2 weeks, strain. Use for fruit salads.
