Onion Marmalade

Ingredients
  • 1 jar (10 oz) apple jelly
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion, with tops
Instructions

Heat all ingredients over low heat. Stirring occasionally, until jelly is melted, about 10 minutes. Cook stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Pour into 1 cup container. Cover and refridgerate no longer than 1 month. About 1 cup marmalade.
