Just bring orange jam prepared earlier to boil on medium heat and add chopped nasturtium petals into it, let it boil for few minutes and here it is. Nasturtium petals give beautiful crimson shade to orange jam that is lightly bitter and makes completely different taste than Nasturtium Elderflower Jam .Freshly made, it fits almond biscuits,Rosegones just fine. Later on, during the year, this jam could be used for Christmas cookies or glaze to any cheesecake or a fruit pie."
