Jamacian Tropical Sherry Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 habanero chile, stemmed, seeded, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 c dry sherry
  • 1/4 c ketchup
  • 3 tbls soy
  • 2 tbls fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbl tamarind sauce
  • 1 tbl brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 t dry mustard
Instructions

Combine and let steep for a week or ten days. Strain. That's it.
