Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
  • 4 small oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 4 c fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c chopped apples
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1/4 c grated orange rind
  • 1/2 c orange juice
  • 1/2 c walnuts
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 1 t ground ginger
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t nutmeg
  • 1/2 t ground cloves
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan. Heat to boiling; simmer until cranberries pop. Refrigerate. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Can be frozen in Freezer Baggies up to 1 year.
