Venison Bologna

Ingredients
  • 5 lb. ground venison
  • 1/4 cup quick tender salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons hickory salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
Instructions

Mix together all ingredients. Divide and pack into 3 bread pans. Bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees. Drain off grease while hot. Cool and freeze.
