Why is it that the simplest pork chop recipes are always the best? This quick and easy recipe has only two steps, three if you count eating as a step. Perfect for a busy weeknight meal, make it for your family tonight.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 can (10.75-ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup water
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
  2. Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
